This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from convirobe.com, convirobe.myshopify.com, or any successor site (collectively, the “Website”). In this Privacy Policy, “ConviRobe”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Convi Textiles Ltd.

We may change this Privacy Policy on one or more occasions. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification using an email address you provided to us. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Website or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Personal information we collect


When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

All information provided by you when you place an order with us is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “User Information”. When you provide any User Information you are representing and warranting that all the information provided is true and correct and you agree to indemnify and save harmless ConviRobe for any losses, costs, expenses or damages that ConviRobe may suffer if any of this information is not correct.

By sending us your User Information, you agree to grant ConviRobe the right to disclose aspects of your User Information as expressed in our Privacy Policy. If any User Information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate or you attempt to transmit any material of any kind to this website which contains a virus, malicious computer code or another harmful component or you otherwise attempt to alter any of the content of the Website, or you are otherwise in breach of our Terms of Service, ConviRobe retains the right to terminate your rights to purchase goods or services from this Website and to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

You acknowledge and consent to the disclosure by ConviRobe to any law enforcement agency in any jurisdiction that is investigating any breach or suspected breach of any law in any jurisdiction of your identity or other information provided by you to this website, upon being requested to do so by that law enforcement agency.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing your personal information


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store. Please note that we do not alter our Website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights


If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Website), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency."

ATTENTION. Please be aware that using our app or just adding the above text to your Privacy Policy, will not automatically make your store GDPR compliant. You will need to make sure at your end that your company is GDPR compliant under all aspects. If you need further consulting in regards to what you need to do to make sure your business is meeting the GDPR rules as well, Shopify has some really good guides.

Testing the app


After you've setup your currency converter, please check that the prices convert properly, on the following pages:
Check the product prices from a Collection page
Check the prices from a Product page
Add a product to the cart and check the prices from the Cart page
If you spot any issues with your prices, please disable the app and contact us. We will resolve any issues right away.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors


The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
The age of 18 is acknowledged in most Provinces and States as:
